If you are going to be in Paris on New Year’s Eve, plan to be at the Arc de Triomphe. The fireworks show there is amazing as well as the laser light show that entertains the crowd.

Book a romantic dinner cruise on the River Seine and watch the fireworks over the city as you sail past the Eiffel Tower. Make sure to book early as these do sell out.

Depending on your preferences, the variety of restaurants in Paris means you can find something in every price range. However, if you want a special New Year’s Eve dinner, expect to pay premium prices starting at €100.

If Classical music is more your style, you are in luck. Many of the churches throughout Paris put on a concert on New Year’s Eve.
